The top level is occupied by the owners with an entirely separate entrance and is self contained - no facilities are shared. This in no way impacts guests and is a definite advantage because privacy is assured. The owners can be approached for any service, repair or assistance required and they can open up the house for arrival at any hour required, no keys need to be collected or returned to or from another location or office. A combination key safe is available for independent entry at anytime. No garbage bins need to be put out or brought in by guests. The owners feel so confident that this arrangement works and have never received a complaint. The property is unique with locking pool cover and stair gate, childproof external gate and self enclosed balconies to ensure safety and security. Includes hotel quality and professionally laundered linen and all the basics such as dishwasher tablets, hand and shower soap, toilet paper, laundry and kitchen detergent. There are two family size Weber BBQs, even bottled water is not needed as the two double fridges have plumbed in filtered water and ice makers...
